Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Kirak Academy are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, access to the course or service is provided immediately, and therefore, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

The payment was deducted but the course access was not granted within 48 hours.
The transaction was made by mistake (duplicate payments), verified by payment proof.

In such cases, please contact us at floki@kirakacademy.co.in within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Payment Gateway

All transactions are processed through PayU Payment Gateway.
Kirak Academy is not responsible for payment delays or gateway-related issues beyond our control.
